The US Conec IBC™ Brand Cleaner MTP®-16 is used for cleaning 16 fibers MPO connectors only. It performs well on both female (no guide pin) and male (with steel guide pins) connectors, and will clean both flat (UPC) and 8˚ angled (APC) MT-16 ferrules. The tool also provides effective cleaning of connectors loaded in a bulkhead adapter and on unmated cable assemblies, using the alignment cap.
